How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Coupe glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of rosemary sprig.

Method

MUDDLE rosemary in base of shaker.
Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Right on the border of how sweet I want a cocktail. Might try again with a more herbal gin.

Sounds interesting. I think I'll try this with Gin Factory's Rosemary Gin to up those herbal notes.

I like this as I have a sweet tooth, but would up the rosemary by using more or perhaps a twisted sprig in the drink. The herbal flavour would help balance the sweetness more

I liked the Rosemary and Pineapple together but the Elderflower does not fit, I will try this with an Akvavit instead of the Gin next time. A tad to sweet for my liking, less Elderflower too)
