SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
| 1 fl oz | Light gold rum (1-3 year old molasses column) |
| 1/2 fl oz | Caribbean blended rum aged 3-5 years |
| 1/6 fl oz | Cachaça |
| 1/2 fl oz | Χυμός από lime |
| 2 barspoon | Άχνη ζάχαρη |
| 4 drop | Difford's Daiquiri Bitters |

Cachaça (not slickly speaking a rum) adds distinctive grassy notes to this three 'rum' Daiquiri. Try swapping out the cachaça for rhum agricole and indeed try different combinations of rums using the above formula - not a bad way to spend an evening.

- 16.2 grams of pure alcohol
