Made this with a homemade cider that wound up a little less bubbly than intended, which probably made the shake easier. Worked out great with a nice dry scrumpy-ish taste. Perfect for a sunny early afternoon.

Was looking for an apple based aperitif. This was great. Slight hint of the apple sweetness, but it remained dry. Calvados add a nice hint. Another hit.
