How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine stain into chilled glass.
1 1/3 fl oz | O/Purist Tsipouro |
1 fl oz | Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot) |
2/3 fl oz | Kleos Mastiha liqueur |
1/6 fl oz | Demerara / Muscovado / brown sugar syrup (2 sugar:1 water) |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
