Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Patrón Reposado tequila
23 oz Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed)
0.42 oz Giffard Pamplemousse liqueur
13 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit or lime wedge.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with grapefruit or lime wedge.

Review:

There is something about the flavour and cleansing mild tartness of pink grapefruit that screams breakfast and indeed this Pink Grapefruit Margarita would be delicious with breakfast.

Still one of my favorite margaritas. Living in San Diego, we have way too many margarita options, but I still think this one is the best.

I’m a sucker for anything grapefruit - so delicious! I may have to rotate with Malfy gin Paloma.

I had to add a comment. What a wonderful birthday gift for my husband, Rob Cox, when we got the notice that this cocktail had been developed off our comment. It is nice to see what a true mixologist can do with a suggestion. Thank you Simon for the wonderful cocktail. We had it with lunch today.
Love the tartness of the margarita but it still has the hint of sweetness. Cheers.
