How to make:
STIR honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add apple juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale and stir.
|2 spoon||Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom)|
|1 fl oz||La Fee Parisienne absinthe|
|1 fl oz||Pressed apple juice|
|Top up with||Thomas Henry Ginger Ale|
The green fairy, tamed with honey and spiced with ginger.
