How to make:
STIR honey with absinthe in base of shaker until honey dissolves. Add apple juice, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with ginger ale and stir.
2 spoon | Raw runny honey (preferably orange blossom) |
1 fl oz | La Fee Parisienne absinthe |
1 fl oz | Pressed apple juice |
Top up with | Thomas Henry Ginger Ale |
