STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.

2 fl oz Shiraz red wine
1 fl oz Grand Marnier Cordon Rouge
14 fl oz Luxardo Maraschino liqueur
12 fl oz Chilled water (omit if wet ice)
