How to make

Prepare
- Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of mint sprigs and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh & seeds.
Method
- ADD first 5 ingredients to chilled glass and two-thirds fill with crushed ice.
- CHURN (stir) with barspoon and then FILL glass with more crushed ice.
- TOP with soda and briefly stir.
Garnish
- Garnish with mint sprigs bouquet and spoon of fresh passion fruit flesh & seeds.
- Serve with a straw.
