Method
- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel on rim, or float half a fresh passion fruit, or top centre of cocktail with a spoon of passion fruit seeds and flesh .
- BLEND all ingredients with ¾ of a 7oz scoop of crushed ice.
- POUR into chilled glass.
