Lemon slice & Luxardo Maraschino cherry on stick (sail)
How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
|2 fl oz||Fiorente Elderflower liqueur|
|1 fl oz||Lime juice (freshly squeezed)|
|1/2 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white (or aquafaba)|
|1 dash||Orange Bitters by Angostura (optional)|
So smooth it's almost fluffy. A slightly sweet after-dinner cocktail.
Served 'up' in a sour glass.
