2 fl oz Dewar's 12 Year Old Scotch whisky
¼ fl oz Lagavulin 16yo Islay single malt whisky
2 spoon Runny honey
1 fl oz Noilly Prat Extra Dry

How to make:

STIR honey with scotch in base of shaker until honey dissolves. ADD other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

Honey lifts and enhances this blend of scotch, single Islay malt and dry vermouth.

About:

Adapted by Simon Difford from a cocktail promoted in 2013 by Bols, the Dutch liqueur producer. Originally based on vodka with Bols honey liqueur, the honey cried out for scotch and then some Islay single malt. It's called the Amber Nectar after all.
