How to make:

SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass. FLOAT drizzle of Islay malt on surface of drink.

Garnish:

Mini Christmas pudding/cake

Comment:

Creamy and complex Christmasy cocktail. Fino sherry dries, scotch whisky provides backbone and character while advocaat adds dairy-like creaminess. Chartreuse adds faint religious significance – drink after all Christmas is meant to celebrate the birth of Christ.
