Review:

A variation on the contemporary classic White Negroni that, while still challengingly bittersweet, is more rounded. (If using the metric system and you want to reduce the measures a little, then use 35ml gin, 35ml blanco americano and 25ml gentian liqueur.

Yay another fantastic negroni (gin+vermouth/aromatized wine+bitter liqueur)! What's not to like about variety? Thank you for this one Richard Elgar!

I enjoyed this one, but I think I would add some grapefruit bitters next time. Sometimes I wish Suze's bitterness was a little bit closer to Campari's

I loved the balance of the gin herbals here with the Suze; it seemed to highlight the botanicals in each. We actually had it before and with a strongly flavoured pasta dish, and it held its own there too.

Good, but no relation of the Negroni except by name. It's getting as bad as calling anything in a V-shaped glass a Martini...
