How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into a chilled glass.

|2⁄3 fl oz||Licor 43 Original|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Giffard Orgeat Syrup|
|1⁄2 fl oz||Freshly squeezed lime juice|
|4 dash||Angostura Aromatic Bitters|
|1⁄4 fl oz||Pasteurised egg white|
Almond and vanilla liqueur combine harmoniously with cognac with lime juice and bitters adding freshness and balance.
