1/3 fl oz | Green Chartreuse liqueur |
2/3 fl oz | Chardonnay (Chablis) white wine |
2/3 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
2/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup (65.0°brix, 2 sugar to 1 water rich syrup) |
4 dash | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |

History:
Adapted from a recipe created in 2015 by Fabiano Latham when he was at The Natural Philosopher, London, England. Parmenides was a 6th century BC Greek philosopher, appropriate considering the name of Alban’s bar.
