fl oz Cognac
fl oz Disaronno Originale amaretto
½ fl oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 dash Peach bitters
1 dash Black walnut bitters
¼ fl oz Pasteurised egg white

How to make:

SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Lemon zest twist

Comment:

As David says of his drink, “Much like its namesake garment this drink is simultaneously sharp and smooth; and whilst it's rather cool, it's also likely to keep your head warm.”
