Glass:

Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
1 12 oz Gold rum (1-3 years old pot & column blend)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
13 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
3 oz Thomas Henry Pink Grapefruit soda chilled
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of grapefruit wedge.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE first 3 ingredients with ice.
  2. STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring grapefruit soda.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with grapefruit wedge.

I think the recipe and directions seem to be calling for grapefruit juice (eager is named in my case) yet the directions suggest Grapefruit Soda.
Might be ingredients tag issue
Looking at the colour I think this calls for soda?
