1 fresh Small ripe strawberries (hulled)
1 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos Gran Reserva Rum
1 fl oz Rutte Old Simon Genever
¾ fl oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
fl oz Sugar syrup (2 sugar to 1 water)
fl oz Honey syrup
1/12 fl oz Ginger sugar syrup
1/12 fl oz Cinnamon sugar syrup
1 dash Creole bitters

How to make:

MUDDLE strawberry in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass over chunk of block ice.


Dust with freshly grated nutmeg


Lightly spicy with an attractive underlying bready fruitiness from the fresh strawberry and genever.
