How to make:
MUDDLE lightly roasted coffee beans in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

| 2/3 fl oz | Single cream / half-and-half |
| 2/3 fl oz | Licor 43 Original liqueur |
| 1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
| 1 fresh | Egg yolk |
