Ingredients:
1 ¹⁄₃ oz	Patrón Reposado tequila
¹⁄₂ oz	Cointreau triple sec liqueur
²⁄₃ oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ oz	Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
4 fresh	Strawberries (hulled, small & ripe)
¹⁄₄ barspoon	Xanthan gum (E415) optional

Prepare:

Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
Prepare garnish of strawberry with mint sprig tip.

How to make:

DRY BLEND (without ice) first 5 ingredients (all but Xanthan gum) on a slow setting and then gradually add Xanthan while continuing to blend.
Add two-thirds full 7oz scoop of crushed ice and BLEND some more.
POUR into chilled glass.

Garnish:

Garnish with strawberry on rim.
