Nice brunch drink with orange to the fore, oft-mentioned hint of bitterness, but also intense vegetal, slightly salty agave, at least with a decent Tequila like Olmeca Altos.

If you like your Margarita with a hint of bitter and not sweet, this is the one. The marmalade gives it an orange boost and a hint of bitter. Great cocktail for the afternoon or brunch. Key here is using a good marmalade that is not sweet.
