Serve in a Martini glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Dark crème de cacao liqueur
1 oz Hazelnut liqueur
1 oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
1 oz Single cream/half-and-half
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Martini glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with dusting of nutmeg grated over cocktail.

I only had double and no milk, so I just used that (ie 3x30ml) and I added 10ml of Amaretto.
Mrs Jones & I pleased that in a recipe with some big personalities, nothing dominated and the cocktail became a whole new taste.
Less dairy worked well; too much dairy (Brandy Alexander) and my mouth goes claggy.
