I would have to agree with the comments so far in that this was fairly one dimensional to start. After a couple of sips, I did add a couple of dashes of Angostura bitters, and it opened it up more.

The name is apt — I’d describe this as a floral version of the classic B&B. I added a dash of orange bitters and a tiny dash of Angostura, and it helped “focus” the flavors in my opinion.

A little too sweet and one-note for my taste, but I think a couple dashes of Angostura helps to balance it out.
