2 fl oz Bacardi Ocho Anos Gran Reserva Rum
¾ fl oz Martini Rosso sweet vermouth(infusão com anis-estrelado)
fl oz Xarope de açúcar com canela (2:1)
1/12 fl oz Xarope de açúcar caramelo
3 gota Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
1/12 fl oz La Fée Parisienne Absinthe Superieure

Como fazer:

STIR all ingredients with ice and strain into absinthe misted glass.


Star anise & lemon zest twist


This slightly rich cocktail makes for a good after-dinner drink.


Created for Bacardí Legacy 2017 by Wade Cleophas while working on the Norwegian Escape Cruise Ship. (Wade’s recipe calls for 7.5ml caramel/cinnamon syrup but we used 5ml cinnamon and 2.5ml caramel.)
