How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Collins glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

Method

POUR first 2 ingredients into ice-filled glass.
TOP with lemonade to just below usual wash line.
DRIZZLE blue curaçao around top of cocktail (it will sink leaving strings of blue).

Garnish

Serve with a straw.

Didn’t have any blue curaçao since I find it way to sweet so I used dry curaçao and it was still sweet but not unbearably although not as pretty.
