Serve in a Coupe glass
1 1⁄4 oz | Light white rum (charcoal-filtered 1-4 years old) |
1 1⁄4 oz | Navy rum (ideally 54.5% alc./vol.) |
2 barspoon | Honey |
1 oz | Orange juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 oz | Single cream/half-and-half |
Garnish: Orange zest twist
STIR honey with rum until honey dissolves. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
