DRY SHAKE all ingredients (without ice) to emulsify. SHAKE again with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1 fl oz | Hayman's Sloe Gin |
1/2 fl oz | Suco fresco de Limão Siciliano |
1/3 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
3 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
3/4 fl oz | Egg white (pasteurised) or Aquafaba (chickpea water) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer |

História:
Named after the 1941 musical comedy film of the same name, starring Mary Martin, Don Ameche and Oscar Levant, released in August 1941. This cocktail was probably created soon after the film's release and features in the 1949 book Esquire's Handbook for Hosts.

Juice of 1 lemon
Shake very well with plenty of ice and strain.
