Salted Caramel Espresso Martini

Ingredients:

1 2⁄3 oz	Ketel One Vodka
1 oz	Exprè Caffè Italiano or freshly made hot Espresso Coffee)
1⁄2 oz	Monin Salted Caramel Syrup
8 drop	Bob's Vanilla bitters
3 drop	Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and caramel candy.

How to make:

3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
4. STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

5. EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
6. Garnish with salted caramel candy pegged to the rim.
