Review:

This equal parts "Rum Manhattan" is ridiculously simple but simply delicious. As befits the name, it also suits the character of a well-aged Cuban rum.

This has nice balance and plenty of flavour but perhaps lacks a bit in complexity. We think it's a good option as a late night cocktail when one has run out of cigars and isn't in the mood for anything too deep and serious. Add just a drop of chocolate bitters if you wish.
