Glass:

Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:

4 fresh	Basil leaves
1 2⁄3 oz	Patrón Reposado tequila
2⁄3 oz	Elderflower liqueur
1⁄3 oz	Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
2⁄3 oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)

Prepare:

1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
2. Prepare garnish of thyme and basil sprigs.

How to make:

3. MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
4. Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
5. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
