Prepare

  1. Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. No garnish to prepare.

Method

  1. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

One of those drinks that grows on you - probably as a result of being diluted.
Need to try with the gentian down and the Midori upped.

However my wife loved it - so give it a try.

Being a huge fan of Suze this has long been a favorite of mine. Cocchi Americano and Suze combine flawlessly with the Midori lingering in the wings. If you like this might I suggest a Green Negroni?

SOUTH NORTH
I cut the Suze from 20 to 15 and increase the Midori from 10 to 15, more balanced for people who are not fans of Suze.
