2 fl oz	Bison grass vodka
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Elderflower liqueur
1 fl oz	Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
¹⁄₂ fl oz	Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dash Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer
¹⁄₄ fl oz	Bols Black Raspberry Liqueur

How to make

Glassware

Serve in a Martini glass

Prepare

Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
Prepare garnish of skewered raspberries..

Method

SHAKE the first 5 ingredients with ice.
FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Carefully POUR black raspberry liqueur into the centre of the cocktail: it should sink to the bottom.

Odd taste at first that becomes more enjoyable as you get the raspberry liqueur.
