Glass:
Serve in a Martini glass
| 1 1⁄2 oz | Ketel One Vodka |
| 1 oz | Exprè Caffè Italiano (or freshly made hot espresso coffee) |
| 2⁄3 oz | Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur |
| 1⁄2 oz | Irish cream liqueur |
| 2 drop | Saline solution (20g sea salt to 80g water) or merest pinch of s |
Prepare:
- Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
- Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
How to make:
- SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish:
- Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.
