Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Ketel One Vodka
34 oz Cointreau triple sec liqueur
34 oz Green melon liqueur
2 12 oz Pineapple juice
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare watermelon wedge for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  5. Garnish with watermelon wedge.

I found this drink to be too sweet, so I decreased the Triple Sec and the Green Melon Liqueur by 7.5ml or 1/4 fl oz and added 15ml or 1/2 fl oz of lemon juice, which did improve this drink a little bit by adding a slight sour note, however I probably wouldn’t make this drink again if I’m being honest

I first encountered this over 20 years ago, in Australia. They used a dash of Blue Curacao to deepen the green, and it rounded off the flavour quite pleasantly. I always add the blue curacao at the end and stir in.
