How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.
1 2/3 fl oz | Calvados / apple brandy / straight applejack |
5/6 fl oz | Pink grapefruit juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Honey syrup (3 honey to 1 water) |
4 drop | Bob's Grapefruit Bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
