How to make:
MUDDLE grapes in base of shaker. Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass.

1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°brix) |
3 dash | Orange Bitters by Angostura |

Created in 2003 by Shelim Islam at GE Club, London, England. Pronounced 'Hal-is-co', this cocktail takes its name from the Mexican state that is home to the town of Tequila and the spirit of the same name.
