Ingredients:
56 oz Grand Marnier or other cognac orange liqueur
12 oz Ginger liqueur
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1 oz Cranberry juice (sweetened)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
4 drop Bob's Ginger Bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare skewered crystallised ginger for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered crystallised ginger.

By mistake I made this without the Cranberry juice. My wife tried it and liked it (she abhors Cranberry juice). I added 5ml of sugar syrup instead and it's become a seasonal favourite for my wife.

I think you get a slightly better balanced cocktail with 15 rather than 20 ml of ginger liqueur but very nice all the same. A good addition to anyone’s festive repertoire

Thanks, Sally. I agreed. I've reduced ginger liqueur to 15ml. I used Barrow's Intense Ginger Liqueur.

Once again, Simon's cocktails does not disappoint. It is great. It was perfect on Christmas afternoon before the dinner. Was not as sweet as I was expecting and there was a slight hint of cherry. It is a wow!
