How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker. DRY SHAKE (without ice) and fine strain into ice-filled glass.

Apple brandy is possibly the best spirit on which to base a sour but this recipe for an Applejack Sour is on the tart side. If acidic cocktails are not your thing then I'd suggest you up the sugar to 20ml (⅔oz).
