1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1 23 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
0.08 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of float mint leaf or peg to rim.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Lovely cocktail. The mint is not obtrusive and adds a refreshing aftertaste to the cocktail. Found it a tad too sweet for our palate, would consider adding of the vermouth with dry.
