Serve in a Coupe glass

Ingredients:
2 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
12 oz Monin Ginger Syrup
34 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative
3 dash Peychaud's or other Creole-style bitters

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  4. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  5. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  6. EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.

For a Campari lover, this is a very nice one. Agreed that will have make a more fiery ginger syrup for next level!

Bitter, bitter, with aftertaste of bitter. I think you really need a FIERY ginger syrup to cut through the bitter.

Bitter is no problem for a Campari lover. But a fiery ginger syrup WOULD this drink very nicely.
