How to make:
SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda.

1 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
1/2 fl oz | Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix) |
1 1/2 fl oz | Thomas Henry Soda Water |

Adapted from a recipe created in 2008 by Michael McIlroy at Milk & Honey in New York City, USA. Apparently, Michael was inspired by the Triumph of Pompeii cocktail, in turn inspired by Rome is Burning.
