Serve in an Old-fashioned glass

Ingredients:
1 oz Patrón Silver blanco tequila
12 oz Strucchi Red Bitter (Campari-style liqueur)
12 oz Bittersweet orange-red aperitivo
12 oz Strucchi Bianco Vermouth
13 oz Chili liqueur
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill an Old-fashioned glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of blood orange Horse's Neck zest twist or slice wheel.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

A negroni with Tequila instead of gin. I have used Ferro China Baliva instead of Campari. It was moreish. Overall I prefer the Iron Negroni.
