Ingredients:
1 oz Rémy Martin V.S.O.P. cognac
1 oz Bourbon whiskey
1 oz Strucchi Rosso Vermouth
1 dash Cherry bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.
  3. STIR all ingredients with ice.
  4. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with skewered cherry.

I think I would call this a robust drink rather than a more genteel cocktail! I usually find Fee Bros. Cherry Bitters a bit confectionery cherry, but they work in this drink.
