Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
8 fresh Mint leaves
1 23 oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
16 oz Giffard Menthe Pastille white crème de menthe
34 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Pure Cane Syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2:1 rich syrup)
2 oz Thomas Henry Soda Water
× 1 1 serving

Garnish: Mint sprig

How to make:

SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass. TOP with soda and briefly stir.

Pretty much concur with the review. However, it should be without ice and in a highball glass, as per the fizz rules.

it is a good drink but the taste of the peppermint liquor is a overly dominant taste when (in my opinion) it should be complementing all the other ingredients in the drink. i would recommend changing it to 1/6 ounce instead of a 1/4 ounce to be more complementary.
