Ingredients:
1 12 oz Del Maguey Vida Clásico Mezcal
12 oz Galliano Espresso Coffee liqueur
1 oz Espresso coffee (freshly brewed & hot)
13 oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
2 dash Xocolatl mole bitters
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
  2. Prepare coffee beans for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN into chilled glass.
  5. Garnish with 3 coffee beans floated in a petal formation in the centre of the cocktail's foamy head.

Ohh yes!... Very little to tweak here... I used 7 Misterios, Borghetti, medium roast coffee, Giffard Orgeat, Fee Bros (yuck) Aztec Chocolate Bitters... Bold, candy-kissed, but kinda dry... Good job. (12 Jun 2023, 2:09p)
