Ingredients:
1 fl oz Belle de Brillet pear liqueur
12 fl oz Poire William eau-de-vie
12 fl oz Cognac (brandy)
13 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
34 fl oz Pear juice (freshly pressed)
× 1 1 serving

Prepare:

  1. Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. Prepare garnish of pear wedge &/or pear drop hard candy.

How to make:

  1. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish:

  1. Garnish with pear wedge on rim &/or serve with pear drop hard candy.

Outstanding. Very pear-y, juicy and sweet but beautiful and fun.
I added 2 dashes of chamomile boilers (Luxardo) and a foamer to make foamy, turned out to be great and more complex.
Maybe a bit too sweet, but for those who feel it is too sweet can add a bit of lemon juice.
It is absolutely the best expression of pear flavours in a cocktail.

I gave this to my friend "it tastes like old-fashioned sweets". Enough said!
