How to make:
THROW all ingredients with ice and strain into chilled glass.
5/6 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
1/2 fl oz | Martini Riserva Speciale Ambrato |
1/2 fl oz | Bianco vermouth |
1/6 fl oz | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
1/6 fl oz | Dry vermouth |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

History:
Adapted from a cocktail made for me in September 2022 by Nate at Lulu White bar in Paris, France. I liked it so much, I had three of them. This the bar's signature cocktail is ever evolving as it changes with each iteration of the menu. My rendition is inspired by the cocktail I enjoyed at Lulu White rather than a reproduction.
