Strength & taste guide:
Review:
A delicious bite-sized tequila and absinthe Dry Martini with a pleasing hint of olive-influenced salinity.
History:
Adapted from a cocktail made for me in September 2022 by Nate at Lulu White bar in Paris, France. I liked it so much, I had three of them. This, the bar's signature cocktail, is ever-evolving as it changes with each iteration of the menu. My rendition is inspired by the cocktail I enjoyed at Lulu White rather than a reproduction.
