History:

Adapted from a cocktail made for me in September 2022 by Nate at Lulu White bar in Paris, France. I liked it so much, I had three of them. This, the bar's signature cocktail, is ever-evolving as it changes with each iteration of the menu. My rendition is inspired by the cocktail I enjoyed at Lulu White rather than a reproduction.

Nice one. Sounded like there was too much absinthe but the vermouths tamed it well. Ok it's an absinthe-forward cocktail both in color and taste but sits well with the other ingredients. Will rather stir it next time: long and ice-cold.
