How to make:
SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain into ice-filled glass.
5/6 fl oz | Patrón Silver blanco tequila |
2/3 fl oz | Del Maguey Vida Clásico mezcal |
1/3 fl oz | Triple sec liqueur (40% alc./vol.) |
1/4 fl oz | Chili liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Lime juice (freshly squeezed) |
4 drop | Difford's Margarita Bitters |
2 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |

Review:
Having tried the Tommy's version of this cocktail, (which as it doesn't have an orange liqueur is actually a "Tequila Sour",) I wanted to make it into a 'real' Margarita with a triple sec liqueur and a touch of added chili spice.

Created in October 2021 by yours truly and inspired by Stelios Papadopoulos' Smoky Tommy's Margarita.
