Ingredients:
1 oz Ketel One Vodka
13 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
16 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
14 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
4 oz Thomas Henry Ginger Ale
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare garnish of skewered lemon slice wheel and Luxardo Maraschino Cherry sail. (Skewer through either side of lemon with cherry skewered in the centre.)
  3. SHAKE first 4 ingredients with ice.
  4. OPEN shaker and slowly POUR ginger ale over ice and other ingredients.
  5. Garnish with skewered lemon slice and cherry (sail).

History:

An alcoholic version of the classic Shirley Temple which is of course named after the 1930s child film star, Shirley Temple. However, this cocktail is said to be named after Shirley Jones who played Shirley Partridge in the 1970s television sitcom, The Partridge Family. Like the cocktail, Shirley Jones was named after Shirley Temple.
