Serve in a Collins glass

Ingredients:
7 fresh Mint leaves
4 oz Orange juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
12 oz Monin Grenadine Syrup
1 fresh Egg yolk
× 1 1 serving

How to make:

  1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
  2. Prepare orange slice for garnish.
  3. SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. STRAIN back into shaker.
  5. DRY SHAKE (without ice).
  6. FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  7. Garnish with orange slice.

History:

Created in 1920 by Robert Vermeire at the Embassy Club, London, England. This non-alcoholic is named after 'Pussyfoot' (William E.) Johnson, who was an ardent supporter of Prohibition.

I loved it. Not sure about the dry shake though: the foam was already lovely after the wet shake. Will definitely do it again.
